Here’s a few photos I snapped the other night at the opening. You can take a look over on Flickr for the full roster of mail art delicious-ness!
And guess what? The show is still up for another two weeks. This coming Thursday night (10.21.10, 7pm), there’s going to be a performance by Jeremy Greco titled “Withheld: A Conversational Memoir”…it promises to be both interesting and salicious!
See ya there –

And guess what?! There’s a sampling of rubber stamps from John’s collection, as well as a table set up in the back room. Visitors to the gallery are encouraged to make their own mail art…
More photos can be seen on the Flickr…

Hi Jennie-
Very cool images.
I am trying to send several mail art exhibition in one month. It may be a part of the midterm projects. (^_~)
IUOMA is so much fun! I am getting mail art from all over the world.
regards,
Tomoe
Tomoe –
Glad you liked the photos! And it’s also nice to hear that you’ve been sending alot of mail via the IUOMA. As for your midterm project idea, if I were your instructor this semester, I’d definitely give it a “thumbs up”!

Thank you for “thumbs up”. わーい.
I will let you know what it will be coming up for the mail art exhibition. I have 4 mail art projects/exhibition to participate, and 3 personal mail art to return, and off course school. busy, busy… 忙しいー.
You can also see little stationaries that I have been making in the class here. Maybe I will also send you some handmade envelope someday. (^_^)
